Course Info

Welcome and congratulations on deciding to start your PADI Divemaster course! We look forward to teaching and guiding you on your way to your first professional PADI qualification. The program we have designed takes ten days, but it is not set in stone so we can work around your schedule. If you have any questions or queries throughout the course please do not hesitate to ask any member of our team.

Schedule

Day 1 - 5:
Classroom: Present a print out of your eLearning / logbook / medical form
Confined Water: Water Skills Exercise 1 & 2
Confined Water: Water Skills Exercise 3 & 4
Dive Skills Workshop: 24 skills (training)
Dive Skills Workshop: 24 skills (evaluation)

DAY 6 - 10:
Open Water: Skill 5 – Deep Dive Scenario
Confined Water: Practical Session 1 – OW students in confined water
Open Water: Practical Session 3 – Continued Education students in open water
Open Water: Practical Session 4 – Certified divers in open water

PADI E-Learning

PADI e-learning is an effective and time-efficient way to complete your theory. All learning can be done online at your own pace before coming into the dive center to complete your open water training dives.

Book Learning

Our classroom is fitted with a TV as well as a whiteboard with all the training materials necessary for effective learning. In the classroom is where most of our theory takes place.

When doing book-based learning, it should be noted that that depending on student progress, an extra day may be added to the duration of the course.

Pool Dives

We have an onsite swimming pool based in Sandy Beach Hotel and Resort. All pool training dives are done in our own swimming pool. The pool is crystal clear throughout the year and has a maximum depth of 2.2m.

Ocean Dives

Our ocean training dives are split between two different dive types, boat diving, and shore diving. This gives us a unique opportunity, it affords us a varied training experience, building students' confidence with different entry styles and diving techniques.

Our boat dives visit the many dive sites along the coast, all varying in-depth and marine life. The shore dives are done around Snoopy Island which is bursting with corals and marine life. We regularly spot turtles and black-tip reef sharks on Snoopy Island
