Course Info

The PADI Deep Diver course will extend your depth range to 40m. There are many reasons divers choose to dive deep: a wreck you want to explore or the lure of a deep wall dive. This course will give you the confidence to slowly and responsibly extend your depth range with the use of deep diving equipment, procedures and techniques. During the course you will learn to think like a Deep Diver, plan your gas supply and manage gas narcosis.

Schedule

Day 1:
09:00 – 12:30 OR 13:30 – 17:30 Boat Dives (meeting time is 1 hour before)
Depth: 18m – 30m

Day 2:
09:00 – 12:30 OR 13:30 – 17:30 Boat Dives (meeting time is 1 hour before)
Depth: 18m – 40m

Book Learning

Our classroom is fitted with a TV as well as a whiteboard with all the training materials necessary for effective learning. In the classroom is where most of our theory takes place.

When doing book-based learning, it should be noted that that depending on student progress, an extra day may be added to the duration of the course.

Ocean Dives

Our ocean training dives are split between two different dive types, boat diving, and shore diving. This gives us a unique opportunity, it affords us a varied training experience, building students' confidence with different entry styles and diving techniques.

Our boat dives visit the many dive sites along the coast, all varying in-depth and marine life. The shore dives are done around Snoopy Island which is bursting with corals and marine life. We regularly spot turtles and black-tip reef sharks on Snoopy Island
